Idea out of LHR? Tired of IST.
I usually do the LHR to IST to LHR to max out miles. Tired of IST and also visa fee high. I also do the LHR to DXB to LHR in three cabin F. Anyone have a idea instead of IST. Would love a three cabin idea. Not so much need to max out miles as I am pretty safe with "Q" this year. Please advise and thanks. Regards

If you still want to do DXB, then the other 2 sements will have to be in a 2 class plane as there are no 3 class European routes!
So, why not pick somewhere nice in mainland Europe and do a day trip? If you want to maximise miles, the Canary Islands or Athens spring to mind.
As suggested above, if you are looking for DXB replacement, CAI is a good option as you can buy a visa on arrival. Also consider BAH which is also visa on arrival.

helsinki, athen......but all on the claustrophobic CE 2 class cabin
if u can fly from non-lon hub. the restriction on 'long-haul europe' does not apply. you can explore the longer routes of AY/EI, if there is.

You could always try Muscat in Oman - slightly longer than DXB and warmer than most EUR places !!!
If you want scenery, you could try HEL from LHR with either BA or AY. Supposed to be very good.
Have you been to Moscow - another possibility.
