Do I need to pay for reissue due to cancelled route?

I have a three continent one world RTW with a SIN-BOM leg on QF. The routing in Asia is HKG-DPS-HKG-SIN-BOM. The tickets have to be reissued as QF no longer flies SIN-BOM and I have to be routed thro' BKK. Will I be charged the 75$ reissue fee?

If QF had the route on their timetable for the sheculed date when you booked (must have been if already ticketed) then I believe you should not have to pay anything.

However, if you are wanting to change the date of travel to a time after QF stopped flying the route, then you probably will have to pay the fee.
