Excess Baggage on owe
The baggage allowance for an owe is supposedly based on the piece system. If you have an extra piece of baggage (i.e. 3 instead of 2) how would you expect to be charged for it (assuming that the airline is going to strictly enforce their rules)?
I know that within the U.S. and between the U.S. and international ports a flat rate is charged for each extra piece (i.ve been charged $50 and $75 for domestic and international respectively).
Does anyone know what charges are made by non U.S. carriers for non U.S. destinations? e.g. between the U.K. and Asia?
