(FewMiles: If you read this, the OW BOOKING CODES page would be an excellent addition to your oneworld web site. I can't seem to get the email link on your site to work, else I would have sent this to you directly).
However, if I had looked more carefully, I would have realized that both the Circle Pacific and RTW rules refer to the same Sabre page to get the booking codes, and could have concluded myself that the booking codes were in fact the same.
