I have thoroughly read through all of the stuff on Fewmiles' site. I can't find the booking codes anywhere. On the rules printouts for Circle Pacific and RTW fares, the base rules page seems to refer to the OW BOOKING CODES page to find the booking codes, but that page doesn't appear to be anywhere on Fewmiles' site.

(FewMiles: If you read this, the OW BOOKING CODES page would be an excellent addition to your oneworld web site. I can't seem to get the email link on your site to work, else I would have sent this to you directly).

However, if I had looked more carefully, I would have realized that both the Circle Pacific and RTW rules refer to the same Sabre page to get the booking codes, and could have concluded myself that the booking codes were in fact the same.
