OWE question
I've just begun contemplating a RTW flight.

Do I understand correctly that I can go to a ticket office in the US and have a ticket issued for the fare quoted in BUD???

Is there a catch? It seems unbelievable.

Yes, you are correct. You can have the ticket issued in the USA at the BUD price. However, you must go to Budapest to originate your OWE.

ex-BUD RTW fares were just jacked up through the roof-- it's no longer a bargain.
