Combine miles from two OneWorld airlines?

I could not find an answer on either BA or AA or OW websites:

can one pull miles from both a BA acct and an AA acct to combine and then claim one award on another OW carrier (CP)? I guess there must be a way to transfer miles between carriers so that they could combine into a usable amount?

Unfortunately it cannot be done IIRC. The only FF programmes that allow account pooling, as far as I know, is US and AA. BA does allow pooling of family accounts for U.S. members.

Thanks. I guess I will go back and read all the hints about transferring miles to hotel points and back again to see if there is a way there.
