CP, AA and BA-Canada all required full Y or C fares to get mileage on IB.
I had a BCN-AMS flight a few days ago and I gave my QF number for credit. Checked with QF in Melbourne and they assured me that I will get mileage for an "M" class fare, though it will be only 70% of the mileage. That's better than none on AA, which I was initially going to credit that sector to. The return flight will be credited to IB's account, which I am sure they are only too happy to replace QF's number with their own.
