Lounge access FRA Air Berlin

Flying DFW-FRA-PMI in June. DFW-FRA on AA, FRA to PMI on AB. 3 hour layover between flights and wondering what options there are for lounge access? I checked ABs website and it says they use the Air France lounge. I am AA PLT/OW Sapphire. Can I get into the AF lounge? Or is the JL (Admirals replacement) club a better choice?

Quite a lot of discussion on this already - did you do a search? Example,

Yes (at least I did).

Probably nicer, but not airside and further from AB gates.

If you go through passport control after arrival, you will not have access to JL or CX lounge. Once in Schengen you should have access to IB and AF lounges.
