Missing Points/Miles, which airline should I be asking (if any)

Hi,

I flew from YYZ-> LGA -> ATL on AA the other day, but entered my CX number because I have Marco Polo status. I did not receive any miles/points from either program. Who should I be getting the miles from, AA or CX?

Thanks

Cathay

Having said that you need to verify that the AA fare class in which you flew is one that earns miles with Asia Miles. That can be found on the Asia Miles website.

As well, the current situation in the USA, weather and the AA website changeover does seem to be causing some timing issues.

Happy wandering
