Any OW Lounge in DFW open for 24 hours access?

Any OW Lounge in DFW open for 24 hours access?
Not sure this is the right forum to ask, but may be some of the AA / QF frequent travelers can give me some advices at DFW that what are the lounges opening hours?
Are AA / QF lounges located at the airside only after check-in but not limited to some located at the arrival areas?
If they aren't open for 24 hours, how about any paid lounge available?
Your advise would be much appreciated.

The latest to close is the Terminal D AA lounge which closes at 10pm and reopens at 5:30am. Your only option for overnight is a hotel room (maybe their contract with the airport precludes any competition from lounges staying open overnight at DFW, though the demand isn't really there at DFW, it isn't DXB or SIN).
