Mexicana - undead?
This article says MX hopes to resume flying (with new ownership and a much reduced network) later this month.

I'm hoping they do come back. With Mexicana out of the picture and LAN to an extent in a state of limbo due to the LAN-TAM merger (LAN seems to have discontinued a lot of their schedule to and from Brazil, nearly all are code shares on TAM now), Oneworld is increasingly uncompetitive against other alliances for travel within Latin America (especially in South America).

There are reports , so far in Spanish only ( and since I don't read Spanish I can't vouch for their accuracy ) that future *A member AV is taking a 25% stake in the "new" MX
