BKK to CDG RJ or AY?

Is anyone able to do a comparision of Finnair and Royal Jordanian from Bangkok to Paris in J? The AY flights are of course via HEL and the RJ flights via AMM. On the dates I am looking at AY appears to be an A340/A320 while RJ is A330/A320. Price is similiar but AY has marginally better timings, and more second leg alternatives if there is a delay.

I personally prefer the service on RJ over AY and the new lounges at AMM are nice as well.
