Upgrade on Continental-operated Copa-coded flight?
Considering purchasing an itenerary with most of the segments operated by Continental but coded as Copa. Will I get an upgrade? I assume the EUA will not work (or will it?), will I be able to upgrade at the gate? Any rules associated with this? Im a NW Platinum. Thanks.
