Status Change: Still Need to Call In?
Hi all,
Its been a long time since I had a status change (nearly 4 years...). At that time, you needed to call into NW after a status change to have them delete your frequent flyer number and re-enter it for the status change to show up. Is this still the case? I will shortly become a Platinum Elite from Gold Elite (unbelievably enough... thanks CO B fare to NRT and the EQM giveaway)

yes, looks like you still have to call.
