YYZ Check-In Time?
How early do I realistically need to arrive at YYZ to check in, clear security, our friends at CBP etc.?
(For Tues 5 pm Pinnacle, no checked bag)

In my experience, weekday afternoons can be a busy getting through CBP at YYZ. I would realistically say 3:00 PM should be fine for checking in and getting through to the gate, though you could probably manage it all in 90 minutes.
