FlyNow Question

Hello all.

I was supposed to fly from MEM-DCA this morning but was unable to make my flight at the last minute. I used to be Silver Elite but not this year.

There is a later flight tonight that has seats on it. I wanted to do the FlyNow option on nwa.com check-in but it's not letting me do it now.

Would I be able to go to the airport before the later flight and try and do the FlyNow option at the airport or is my reservation probably cancelled since I didn't show up for my flight.

Any advice is appreciated. Thanks.

When you missed the earlier flight they may have cancelled the rest of your trip. Fly Now only shows flights with seats open at your original fare class, I believe. A phone call to reservations would confirm why you didn't see any Fly Now options.

I think they know they sorta have you when you miss a flight. I overslept a couple of months ago, called NW, paid $150 change fee and drove to the airport. As long as there's a seat open in your fare bucket, shouldn't be a problem.
