Missing Chisolm
After two years as Gold Elite, I became Silver for this year. Now that I no longer have the elite call centere privelages, I find myself missing the Chisolm folks. 
Does Chisolm only handle Gold and Platinums? Is there a way to route to the Chisolm center, or a time of day when calls are likely to be routed to Chislolm?

My understanding is that Chisholm, Seattle and MSP handle Gold/Plat; the Silver number is to the general line, just gets you ahead of those who aren't elite.

You can still get to Chisholm on the general line. Generally if you choose international you'll end up there.
