After two years as Gold Elite, I became Silver for this year. Now that I no longer have the elite call centere privelages, I find myself missing the Chisolm folks.

Does Chisolm only handle Gold and Platinums? Is there a way to route to the Chisolm center, or a time of day when calls are likely to be routed to Chislolm?
