LAX-GUM-HKG-LAX award still possible for 60k?

Two years ago, I flew a NW award, LAX-HNL-GUM (CO/CS), GUM-HKG (CS), HKG-NRT-LAX (NW), for 60k miles.

I want to do another LAX-GUM-HKG-LAX award trip this July. I know I should still be able to book on CO if I get it done this month, but CO/CS doesn't fly GUM-HKG anymore.

I've searched on NWA.com, and I noticed that a lot of the most direct flights (LAX-HNL-GUM and HKG-NRT-LAX) aren't available at Saver rate anymore, but plenty of KE availability (3 flights a day ICN-LAX is probably the reason).

NWA.com shows options for LAX-(KE)-ICN-(KE)-FUK-(CS)-GUM, GUM-ICN-HKG (KE), HKG-ICN-LAX (KE), but GUM-HKG costs 10k and the whole trip comes up to 70k.

Is 60k still possible for what I want to do? Is the backtracking to ICN causing the extra 10k? Would asking for GUM-TPE-HKG (CI) make it 60k?

(I believe reservation systems prevent LAX-ICN-GUM on KE due to cabotage.)
