Sprint Problems
I still have not received by closing 10,000 points from the 40,000 pts. promotion from Sprint. It was due to post last day of February. Does anyone know who to call or email?

I have escalated it up to Sprint Exc Office
Still nothing but promisses
Looks like small claim court is the only solution - but it means taking days off which is more valuable that miles

My 18th invoice was in Feb. and the monthly bonus posted but not the 10,000 miles bonus. I called NW/Sprint Customer Service, 1-800-795-1167l in March and she said my March bill was the 18th invoice and that the miles will be posted even though it will be after March 31, and a form has been submitted for posting the miles. I called again this morning (they referred to my previous calls) and again said that the paperwork has been submitted. I'm keeping my fingers crossed.

Did you notice the federal excise frequent flyer miles taxes added to your recent bill- that is usually a sign that you have the bonus miles coming

I just read in the Sprint thread that Sprint is telling people that a glitch happened and to expect posting of points in 10 days (SB April 20th).
