PD505 Difficulties
Received a $35 coupon for use on NW (PD505) after a 4 hour delay and ultimate cancellation. I have a use for it - and am meeting all the terms and conditions - but for some reason NWA.com will not accept the darn thing. Reference code for domestic travel is PD505, and per the instructions, I entered the certificate number without the first digit. Any ideas?

There may be a single digit to the far right of the number series; this is known as the "check digit". Be sure you have included that one, too.

I think there should be 14 digits total including the leading "012".
