Yesterday afternoon at SFO, the bags with priority tags on them came out last as well. I've had a couple good experiences with these tags, but yesterday was unacceptable.

FWIW, I never thought that "Priority Handling" meant that the bags were supposed to come off first. I always assumed that it meant that PH bags would have priority getting on the aircraft in the event of weight/misc. problems...
