It happens everytime...usually processed in a few days but now that I'm waiting for my first Plat status, it's taking forever (so it seems). One week and counting...

Maybe they don't want you to have to change you FT handle? I've had them post in as little as 3 days, and as much as 10 days.

Oh, that. How I despise that Q! It seems that flights on KLM/AF take a long time to "process". From what I have noticed, it takes longer if you have active promotions that might give you additional miles/points.

I was surprised that my KL flights over the last two weeks posted in two days along with the NW leg (DTW-AMS-NUE and back). The return was even a rebook to get home a day, plus a seat assignment chance when they went from a F70 to F50.
Could booking the NW codeshare number instead of the KL number matter? I made sure it was a NW number since this can affect some promotions.

I think it sped it up. THe agent had to look up the eticket number and put it into a request. He said it would be done in a few days, but then 12 hours later, the next morning, I looked and voila!

I've never had my KLM segment miles post without mailing my boarding passes and e'ticket itinerary. Even then, they get a status of 'Q' for a week after my documentation arrives. It takes about a week after mailing my paperwork that the miles are finally added. Last time, I did finally succeed in FAXING the information, still it took a week.

I flew FRA=AMS and AMS-FRA on KLM in October, and had no problem getting my miles to post. I don't know how quickly they posted, but it wasn't unreasonably long, if at all.

I've had two KLM flights in the last four years for which the miles never posted. I called on one, but since I'm a "fake silver" (offered through their latest promotion) and the flights were short hops, I never bothered to fight too hard. But you hard-cores might want to keep an eye on that.

When you called, were they done processing or did your call speed up the processing?
