DTW gate agents -- positive experience

I never thought I'd be happy NW 44 was gone, but last night I was connecting from MSP to LGW in DTW, after calling my wife and hanging in the WC my flight was called. As I was getting ready to board my wife called me with bad news -- a tumor was diagnosed in her mother and she needed surgery this week. The gate agents were great -- helpful and compassionate. They immediately booked me on a flight back to Minneapolis.
They really could not have been nicer or more accomodative. I didnt think to take their names down, but will send some positive commentary under the "talk to us" link.

Sorry for her mother's health situation. Kudos to NW for their help. :-:

I hope your mother in law is ok and the surgery fixes the problem with no relapses. Good luck.
