problem getting WP points from Continental
I'm wondering if anyone else has had trouble with this? We flew over 5 weeks ago and still haven't seen any points and though we have an electronic itinerary, we've lost our boarding passes. Has anyone had experience with this? Must we speak to WP or Continental?
Any advice would be appreciated.

I second the other poster. My WP miles from CO posted in a few days.

Was the flight a codeshare on Co ..e-ticket from NW? If so...get your locator number from your ticket...look for your ticket number from bottom of the ticket...and use the "contact us" e-mail via nwa.com ....just fill out the form available for "missing miles" and provide ticket number...You should receive your miles.
If booked and ticketed by CO...suggest you get your Locator number along with your e-ticket number off your ticket...and call CO and ask them to send your miles earned to NW. CO may ask you to mail them copy of your ticket and locator number.
Hope this helps...Good Luck!

Partial post
I had a 9 segment (all on CO) trip, 7 segments posted within 2 days of travel but 1st and last segments were missing. Sent my bp and receipt but still havent seen the miles in 4 weeks. ACT-IAH and IAH-ACT were the missing segments on CO connection. all
