For a quick snack or to bring on the plane, I like the P Band J place. I think it's down near the 70's gates

Bump.

Aside from the mixed reviews about Chili's, any decent places at DTW for a sit-down meal?

I agree with that. Think it very well be my favorite restaurant in the DTW airport. Margaritas are quite good and like the nachos, if I have a long layover usually will stop in for a bit.

Wow I didn't know there was a Fuddrucker's.

I will be transiting Detroit four days in a row late Jan/early Feb - so I am glad to know about Fudd's.

Doing early year mileage runs and also hoping to pick up a bump or two the week before the Super Bowl.

Don't forget the PB&J!!

I stopped last week at a stand in DTW that ONLY sold Peanut Butter and Jelly Sandwichs... in MANY different varieties!!

I tried the PB, Chocolate and Marshmellow ... talk about sticky fingers.

A fun change though.

Safe Travels---

.. and, you can catch a quick milage fix at the On-Line Cafe -- just south (left) of the fountain.

if you have the time and like Sushi, go there. It is well worth the stop if you like sushi. It opens at 10a. Watch out for the inbound transpacific flights in the morning, though, the place gets swamped quickly.

If you don't have a lot of time, go to Rio Wraps. Good for in flight food while the person next to you is eating their $5 NWA white snack box.
