Booking on CO.com question

Question for everyone:

I want to book a milage run on CO.com flying CO. If I dont sign in using my OP#(I have no status on CO) and just use as a guest I can input my NW FF#. I am NWA Silver will the EUA run on non NWA code share CO flights. The flights on CO are mainline flight numbers. Will CO system catch my NWA FF# for the EUA??? or would I be stuck in Y??

On continental.com you can actually put both your CO and NW ff#'s into your profile. When you go to book a ticket, it will put your CO number in by default, but it's easy to just hit "edit passenger info" and choose your NW number instead either before or after you complete the booking.

Then you can use CO's online reservation management system, which I find very well designed. Certainly much better than their fare building system.
