Combining 1-2-3 with electronic TCV
1-2-3 nontransferable. 
$300 electronic TCV nontransferable.
Except TCV transferable to a person travelling on same reservation. ^
Can I call NW and have me get a ticket on the 1-2-3, have my significant other, on the "same reservation," use the $300 TCV? Does the answer change if there are nominal fees applicable to my own 1-2-3 ticket that I want to pay for out of the TCV?
