Any experience with Plum Guide
Having stayed at many Airbnbs and VRBOs over the years — most wonderful, a few just ok, and a couple truly horrendous — I stumbled across Plum Guide for an upcoming trip to Europe. Has anyone used them before? They’re value proposition seems to be more curation, like having someone from their team visit every property. If you’ve used them, what issues have you encountered? How was their customer service?
