Not a clue if this is accurate or not, but I've seen it posted in many forums for years, may be worth a call
The company is called NBS Storage and Delivery and they have a desk at Carousel #1 Arrivals level, at Newark International Airport. They don't have a web site, so if you need additional information, call them at (908) 933-0503. They open at 7am and close at 1am.

In general (certainly after 9/11) most airports have done away with lockers. [In 1975 there was an explosion at LGA--a bomb was placed in a locker (a still unsolved crime), so many lockers were removed, not just airports, but the PATH bus terminal in Manhattan, and subway station lockers.]
PS: Las Vegas now does have operational lockers.

Both Newark and Kennedy offer luggage storage, as does Penn Station
