Does anyone know whether Terminal A (the Marine Terminal) at LGA has a snack bar or a sit-down luncheonette? I must begin using that terminal on Dec 10, 2017, due to the relocation there of Jet Blue.

Also, are there any seats near the departure gates?

Thanks in advance.

Welcome to FlyerTalk!

Updated concessions are coming in Q1 '18. As of right now there isn't much of anything.

There are seats inside the terminal.

Thanks, sbm12 (sigh). And to think there was a time when flying was a joyous experience.

The good news is that it's about 50 feet from the front door to the checkpoint and about that to the gates.

Is it worth a trip from Manhattan to the Marine Air Terminal just to see it? I only saw it once on a flight about 12 years ago. I remember there was a mural. One proposal is a 1 pm arrival to see the Marine Air Terminal then see Terminal B (or even Terminals C and D) before it gets torn down then head to JFK for a 6 pm flight.

Or is there a better way to spend 2 hours more in Manhattan and go directly to JFK?

Neither of those terminals are worth a trip to see.
