Legal Seafood
The Legal C Bar, which I think is the best of the lot, is,
despite its name, in the AA area of terminal B. There is
also a Legal Seafood landside at the head of UA security
in terminal C - it's more crowded, and I've found the
food slightly less reliable.
Inside the UA gate area, the Boston Beer Works has
decent though overpriced burgers. Otherwise, it's a bit
of a wasteland, as people have noted.

...either:
staying on departures level, walk through the garage to AA departures
and then turn left, eventually finding United (10 vigorous minutes); or
catch the Massport shuttle bus #11, 55, 66, or 88 downstairs at the
arrivals level (just a couple minutes, not counting waiting time).

A very good idea. The US Club, whenever I've been there, is far more pleasant and less crowded than the charmless RCC. (Come to think of it, the US place is charmless, too, but just bigger and less crowded. And the bartender there has always been friendly.)

And since the OP is arriving on US, the Legal Seafood in the US terminal, just down from the US club, is an option, too.

US (B) to UA (C): 58 mins enough?
Due to schedule change, my ample 3hr BOS US-UA connection has been cut to just 58 mins (arr 11.52am/dep 12.50pm). Is that enough? I am *G and traveling in F so should be able to use the UA elite security line.

If your inbound flight is on time, that's plenty of time. If your inbound flight is half an hour late, it's not.

UA to US (Termnal C to Terminal B)?
Let me resurrect this thread since its title addresses my question.
In mid-June will be arriving on UA (Term C, right?) connecting a US flight (Term B, right?). A couple of days later on my return, I do the opposite.
Can I go between Terminals B and C withOUT having to through security again?
