Restaurant/things to do in/near Manchester VT

No brew pubs or sports bars.

We are not "foodies" or hikers.

Trip is in mid-May.

Weather, typically?

TIA

Sorry. I can help with Manchester, MA, Manchester, NH, and Manchester, CT. And maybe Manchester England (England). But not Manchester VT.

If you like easy hiking, you might enjoy the Merck Forest and Farmland Center, just north of Manchester.
The Southern Vermont Arts Center is a great place to visit and they have some simple walks around the campus.
Lots of shopping if you are interested in that.

In mid-May you may have unpredictable weather (from mid-50s to low 70s°F). If you like the theme, the American Museum of Fly Fishing is very cool
