Having driven the 2018+ A4/A5/Q5, the 2L turbo feels way faster than 252 horsepower. Same for the 2L in BMW 330i and X3. The Germans definitely under-rate their engines.

Living in the NE, the A5 is much easier to live with daily than the S5. Without the adaptive suspension, the S5 is much too stiff for our crappy roads, maybe I'm just getting old.

I haven't heard mine do this, sounds like I need to go out and play with my 19 A5 some more!

Audi S5 Enterprise - Car Class/Code??

Hi, what is the fare (car class billing code) for the Audi S5 at Enterprise? It's an Audi A5 S-series Quattro = S5.

My local, suburban lot was pretty sparse. They offered it to me off the bat, knowing I'm Elite with them (I called ahead to speak to what happened to be a manager to confirm my rental and nudge for an upgrade). It's an insurance rental, so 1) they don't know status unless you tell them, and 2) a proper folio isn't provided, so I don't know what booking code covers it.

I can only find the classification for National, and of course despite them being frenemies, the codes don't align.

Appreciate your feedback!

EDIT 1: The rental agreement and vehicle branding are confusing. I ran the VIN, and at least 1 source indicates that I have a standard A5 (4-door, hatchback)not an S5. Nonetheless, I'm interested in knowing what code this/these vehicles follow. Thnx!

Thumbs up Confirmed: Audi A5 is GXAR class at Enterprise

Thanks! Confirming its classified as GXAR, as I suspected (suspected based on how Enterprise describes the vehicle class online and combining with the International standards they use).

The serial number sticker on the windshield shows, clearly: GXAR.

Again, this is for a 2021 AUDI A5 S-SERIES QUATTRO vehicle.

If it's an S5, the badge will say S5, not A5. "S Line" (not S Series) is just a trim line for the A5. The S5 is a different model, with a V6 rather than an I4.
