I have executive status, and have been using National via our company contract mostly for trips to LAX where the Executive selection is usually pretty great and typically has both nice sedans and SUVs/vans. I am taking a personal trip next month with family (5 of us) and renting at LGA for week and dropping off in BUF. For some reason, the premium PCAR reservation is about $90 cheaper for the week than the standard Aisle selection? Because there are 5 of us and luggage, we would actually like to have a nice big SUV that I typically hate when by myself. It triggers my skepticism for the premium reservation to be less expensive? Is there any potential negative to going with that? Does LGA have some strange policy that is going to prevent me from possibly getting an SUV or van from the executive aisle if they are available if I have a pcar reservation?
