- No 1-2-F credit for options on 1-day rental (SXM, etc)
- If applying 1-2-F coupons for a rental, as least one day must be paid in order for a National credit to be gained; but at least two- to get any 1-2-F points for anything associated with that rental!
- On longer rentals , 300 points are earned every 4 days
2018-2019: August 23, 2018 through February 28, 2019 - coupons valid until June 13, 2019
2017-2018: August 24, 2017 through February 28 2018, with 12F coupons valid until June 15 2018
2016-2017: August 25, 2016 through February 28 2017
2015-2016: August 2015 through end January 2016, with 12F coupons valid until June 15th 2016

Regarding back-to-back rentals:
- If you drop off Rental 1 and pickup Rental 2 at the same location on the same calendar day - only one will earn credit. Leaving a padding of a few minutes or a few hours between rentals is meaningless, unless...
- If you drop off Rental 1 and pickup Rental 2 at the same location just before and after midnight - both rentals should earn credit. You'll want to make sure the first rental is fully closed out before 11:59, and the second isn't started until after 12:00.
- If you drop off and pick up rentals on the same day at different locations - both rentals will earn credit.
I can confirm scenarios #2 and #3 based on personal experience. #1 is described based on how the program rules are defined. There may be an off chance that the system credits you both, but it's not supposed to, and it may get corrected through an audit/sweep a few days later.

Update: I proved correct. 300 points did post early afternoon for the back-to-back (I haven't even changed the car, but did make sure previous 2-day contract closed out and a new 2-day contract started) rental completed 26 hours earlier! Just to re-iterate: (as opposed to 1-2-F credits) my National reward page shows only the first trip got 1 credit. The second trip got 0 credit.

Need 100% determination on whether "additional 200 points for weeklong rental" opportunity is granted for a 5-day rental that uses a free-rental-day coupon code (i.e. fifth day is discounted to zero):

I get this error trying to use the 1-2 free coupon for this weekend. Any suggestions?

*The Contract ID can't be removed from this reservation. You will need to cancel this reservation and reserve again without a Contract ID to use this method of payment.
IT BUG agent was able to book.
This promo cant be combined with another paid day or other free rental or any other coupon when redeeming.
Super annoying as I need to make two separate reservations and both the reservation agent/emerald club wasn't even sure if I am able to do a booking like this wihout having to return the car to the location and close/reopen the contract. Never had this type of issue with Hertz.

Also, the mobile app bonus opportunity will not update for me, last 5 or so have been mobile.
Overall a good promo still! Stacking up so many free days with this. Just sad we cant combine the free days with a paid even. Free rental stacked with one two free not working is fine but I should be able to make a combined free/pay, doesn't make sense why not.

Terrible customer service
I am in Canada. Under my BONUS OPPORTUNITIES, the 200 bonus points for weeklong rental has disappeared (not greyed out - it's simply not there anymore). Has anybody else had this? I just completed a weeklong rental 3 days ago and did not get the bonus 200 points (but I did get the 300 points for a qualifying rental and 75 points for using the App).
A huge thumbs down for the department that runs this promotion!!!

1. completed rental before noon
2. points posted next day by 2pm, and so did coupon
Can anyone corroborate, or had different timeline? Do points post with delay for completed opportunities that are different (than the straight 300-pointers)? In my case, if 100-bounus pointer for "completing 3 rentals" doesn't hit up simultaneous with straight rental points - then I wouldn't get the coupon in time for tomorrow's rental...
update: I see now - today is next day after rental completion: "opportunities" completed (and thus greyed-out on my dashboard) for "weeklong rental" and for "3 rentals" - but points still NOT credited ?? even though it says: Reflects activity through 1/27/2018 8:00:AM EST

My above query about timelines is due to the fact that somewhere in T&C of USING COUPON it says 24-hour advance reservation(?) So if coupon doesn't post today - and posts only by 1pm tomorrow - will I be able to apply coupon to an instant rental (I have to start driving by 1.30pm)?
update: coupon did post today, and I was able to use it for tomorrow's reservation...yet to know for the future: has anyone been able to use just-posted coupon for SAME-day rental?
