- No 1-2-F credit for options on 1-day rental (SXM, etc)
- If applying 1-2-F coupons for a rental, as least one day must be paid in order for a National credit to be gained; but at least two- to get any 1-2-F points for anything associated with that rental!
- On longer rentals , 300 points are earned every 4 days

2018-2019: August 23, 2018 through February 28, 2019 - coupons valid until June 13, 2019

2017-2018: August 24, 2017 through February 28 2018, with 12F coupons valid until June 15 2018

2016-2017: August 25, 2016 through February 28 2017

2015-2016: August 2015 through end January 2016, with 12F coupons valid until June 15th 2016

Just to be clear unless Enterprise was running some sort of special promotion or whatever they don't do hourly rentals. Thus vehicles were rented for at least one day (24 hours), and returned earlier. Long as minimum rental period (which for National/Enterprise is one day unless otherwise specified) is paid for, you can return vehicle anytime before.

IIRC somewhere in this thread or elsewhere there are reports from those in aid of getting points needed for a OTF or EC free day when they are a few short, taking out a vehicle and "driving around the block", then returning.

Yes, but only if it's not a special rate, like weekend at $12.95, or so, per day.

I had a reservation using my 12F days in December (14th) but later canceled it. The site says to allow 7 business days for the coupon to reactivate (which it has been) but they are still showing as used now when I try to go in and use them. Any suggestions on getting this rectified quickly?

EDIT: never mind, even though it shows used, the system does take them and they are apparently active.

Their FAQ says "Points will be awarded for each qualifying rental picked up after the date on which the member registered through February 28, 2019." So my guess is yes, since you're picking it up before the 28th.

Anyone notice latency? It's 1/4 6.45amCT now, but my activities are only updated thru 1/2 6amCT

Also, not sure this unwinds upon update, but suddenly a coupon I redeemed (during rental returned 1/2) is showing back as ACTIVE now

My data point (all times in Hawaiian Standard Time):

Returned vehicle at 11:10am on January 3. National computer system was down at HNL so I did not get the emailed confirmation of rental agreement until 3:28pm.

No points had posted up until 12:30am on January 4. However, as of 7:30am the points had posted and a new coupon code had been generated which was then available for immediate use.

Again: activity is only updated thru 1/4 6amCT. Resurrected "Green coupon" (that was redeemed to book as of 12/28 and completed 1/2) is still there lol

Update: page finally refreshed, and Coupon now shows Redeemed

Got a question here:

The FAQ says all 12F coupons expire at 11:59pm on 6/13. Does this mean a) I only have to make a reservation before it, b) I have to pick up before it, or c) I have return before it? I'm hoping to use them for a oneway to Bellingham, WA for a ferry ride, which departs on 6/15, so am trying to figure out whether I'd be able to use these coupons.

Thanks in advance!

Read through the posts in this thread from previous Junes. Generally they honor the coupons if you pick up before the 13th but YMMV as that may change.

Hi all! I'm wondering if there is an option to refer-a-friend through the Promo? I don't see it for this year listed. In lieu of that, does anyone see a l site for a referral into the Emerald Club?

They don't do this currently, per customer service a few months ago.

If I use a 1-2-F day on a 2-day rental, is that considered a "Qualifying Rental"?

I did this last year in May and got the rental credit for the regular rewards system. If you're talking about getting a 1-2-F qualifying rental, then I am not sure.

Yes for regular rental credits, no for 1-2-F credits (need two paid days). At least that was my experience last year.
