Need Help- Issue w/ Damage Recovery Unit
I am in a dispute w/ Damage Recovery Unit. The 2 issues are 1) The door handle coming off shoudl eb a warrenty issue and 2) They sent the notices to an old address (not the address that was in their system and on the contract) so I could not file it with AMEX.
Now they are saying I will be unble to rent at National. I am willing to litigate liability, but I do not want my national Account suspended sisnce I have 5 Free Days.
Any advice who I can talk to?
