we plan to go back...room 3801 is great! We would want this room again...snow came on the day we were leaving

we didn't take the balloons..but watched them flew over some of the valleys..spectacular

Indeed 3801 is amazing!
I got the staff to prepare the fireplace the night before I checked out. So I do apologise if the room smelt a bit ash-ey.
