I must remind you of the following paragraph in the status:
Asociaţii sunt răspunzători pentru obligaţiile societăţii până la concurenţa părţilor sociale subscrise.
In addition:
Drepturile fiecărui asociat rezultă din contractul de societate, din actele modificatoare ulterioare şi din actele de cesiune aprobate de adunarea generală a asociaţilor.
So it's quite clear who's going to speak French and who isn't http://www.flyertalk.com/forum/biggrin.gif
Please keep a copy with you for future references; I had to restrain Danielle who was warming her hands http://www.flyertalk.com/forum/redface.gif
A few words to soothe and relax, please enjoy the rest of your flight (or else):
Rotorul şi paletele exhaustorului sunt perfect calibrate la turnare prin folosirea unui material plastic industrial de înaltă rigiditate, ceea ce, pe de-o parte, duce la o durabilitate sporită a rotorului şi paletelor exhaustorului, iar pe de altă parte, datorită formei aerodinamice a paletelor, contribuie la reducerea semnificativă a zgomotului produs de instalaţie.

Picked up from CCN.COM:
Bucharest, 5.30pm
[/B] Zagatte survey of International airlines, extraordinary results for passenger satisfaction. [/B]
The new survey is out and what a shocker! After many years languishing at the bottom of the list, TAROM has made it in first place, with an unprecedented 100% of passengers stating vigorously that they would recommend the airline again, have paid for an extra ticket just in case and will also like to say that Romania is way cool. The superb service is only enhanced by unprecedented courtesy and a corporate staff that goes beyond the extraordinary to please.
The survey, which followed the visit of Zagattes representative to Bucharest, is said to represent a tremendous achievement for the small yet dynamic airline.
************************************************** ************
Bucharest, 5.45pm
On a separate subject, a bizarre incident was reported today when the door of a TAROM plane was flung open in mid flight, resulting in the untimely demise of a member of the Zagatte office in Eastern Europe, on a business trip to Bucharest. The fact that the plane was a flight simulator based at TAROMs Bucharest office has so far puzzled the investigators but thankfully no foul play is suspected.

Pucci - what can i say ! Thank you .. of course you can have total editorial control of your segment of the video. Just hope we recruit a VP of Finance to keep an eye on filming, makeup and wardrobe costs...
I was thinking of a little corporate brochure to raise our profile at the trade schools..profiling the Board Members of course.. hence the general call for thumbnail shots please for photoshopping and serious retouching! Or shall we all dash down to Bucharest for a photoshoot weekend ?

Pucci my love you know I would resign my CEO commission if I though it was worthy to be put at your feet.
Would you accept the title of Empress of TAROM* for us?
(*= jewels included)
