You can find a list of them in S.P.A.M
S.P.A.M A guide to getting Miles and Points
Here you will find some sites that will earn you miles, and other sites that guide you to free offers.
Also, if you are interested in joining any of them, do a search on the forum so you can join a conga line of referrals, that way we help each other earn referral miles/points
Hope this is what you are looking for

Also, another very good way is to sign up for one of numerous credit cards offering miles for dollars used--Amex Starwood and Delta Skymiles, Amtrak Rewards, etc. You could ultimately accumulate tons of miles without ever flying.

If you are focused on a particular Airline programme and wish to earn miles in that programme without flying, visit the correct airline forum here on FT and also check out that airline's website.
For example, AA has an entire list of all their partners on their website. My favourite is the Citi AAdvantage credit card which I use entirely too much.

For example, Northwest Airlines right now has a Mileage Maximizer promo, where at a number of hotels you earn 1500 miles per one-night stay. If you do a lot of hotel stays (but fly rarely) and can use hotels which normally give 500 NWA miles per night and if NWA is an airline that makes sense to you*, then this can be a very quick way to earn lots miles. But of course, that's a lot of "if"s!
But I doubt you'll find that promo listed on any of these summary lists, because by the time someone took all the promos for all the programs and put them on such a list, all that information would be out of date.
So you have to first use such comprehensive lists (plus the questions below) to narrow down which programs make sense for you, and then look further (beyond summary lists) into those programs to narrow down further which programs to concentrate your earnings into.
*Which airline to earn toward depends a lot on where you live and where you want to fly using miles, as well as how soon/often you want to fly using miles and whether you want the miles for outright flights or to upgrade to more comfortable seats (most important on overseas flights if you're a tall person
