Priority Pass question

Each time you enter a club does PP have to pay a fee to the club/airline? Or do clubs create an agreement to allow PP members in, regardless of how many times they enter? I sometimes visit two clubs when I am in an airport. If one is near my arrival gate, I will stop in to make some phone calls, etc. and then if I have to wait awhile, maybe Ill spend time in a different club closer to my departure gate during connections. Does this mean that PP has to pay more since I visited more than one club in the same day?

At one club I was in, the attendant said they were paid $18.00/member-visitor. I can't say for sure if this is true for all the clubs, but that's what they told me.

for $299 per year (less 20% with easily obtained discount codes) you get unlimiited lounge access - enter as many as you like per day.

for any of the lower cost memberships, you pay a per-entry fee after you exceed your limit. each visit to a lounge counts as one entry.

As this really doesn't have anything to do with miles or points, and there's a currently active thread on this subject in TravelBuzz (link above) I'm going to close this here.
