Lowest Cost to Redeposit Miles (US)

Which airlines have a low cost to redeposit miles on an unused award ticket after ticketing?

For example, I think CO is $35 while AA is as much as $100?

United is $75/ticket. 2 tix for me recently, or $150, but I guess they forgot since they didn't charge my credit card

US uses a sliding scale of fees based on status. There's no fee to Chairman's Preferred members for redepositing miles.

Just did that; no fee. Plus, they credited my CC with the processing fees they had charged me way back when I got the awards. I had completely forgotten about them until they showed up as credits on my CC statement.

Nice.

Southwest ticketing on awards is electronic, and there's no cost in changing, cancelling, or even not showing up for the flight. However, in Southwest's case, you're issued the award (which you have one year to use) automatically when you earn a 16.0 credits (Southwest uses segment-based credits rather than miles), so there's no "redepositing", it's just that you have your award for one year until you actually use it, and can make and change and cancel bookings using that award however many times you want during that year. (Similarly, Southwest PAID tickets, even "nonrefundable" ones, have their funds reusable toward other tickets if you either cancel beforehand or simply don't show up for a flight.)
