Need help with Mile Tracker
I read about MT on this board and installed it last week. I was able to add all my accts. but it will not retrieve my data. I click on "check" and it shows "never checked" and then "unknown". But, when I click on "navigate" it goes to the airline's website, enters my codes, and pulls up my miles just fine. My "provider" and "account" data are listed OK. I've emailed the owners of the site twice with no response.
Any suggestions? Oh, I am on a network at home with one other computer and I have McAfee (sp.?) antivirus installed.

Same thing happened to me when I first installed the software. After some investigation, it turned out to be firewall software (Norton in my case). If you are using one, make sure that MileTracker is added to the list of programs permitted to access the internet.

Thank you-that did it. I thought my firewall software would have asked my if I wanted Mile Tracker to access the internet but it didn't. Manual fix worked fine.
