Thank you-that did it. I thought my firewall software would have asked my if I wanted Mile Tracker to access the internet but it didn't. Manual fix worked fine.

Same thing happened to me when I first installed the software. After some investigation, it turned out to be firewall software (Norton in my case). If you are using one, make sure that MileTracker is added to the list of programs permitted to access the internet.</font>
