I use my own Excell sheet (for past, current and future activities)

Date, activity-details, basic miles, Program-1 miles, Program-1 status-miles, Program-2 miles etc. etc.

Different colours for credited, done/pending, planned.

The Excell sheet is easily copied/send from/to my two Macs (one at Wengen, on at Uitikon) to my Palm too (Bluetooth).

Are there any of these programs that allow you to reconcile statements, as you would with a credit card or checking account? They all seem to show your balances in one place, but to be able to rconcile is critical. I have gained back many thousands of miles and hotel points by comparing my statements to actual activity, but I gave up on this a few years back as it was too time consuming.

diva -- two services, MileageManager and MaxMiles, provide reconciliation features. Of course, in contrast to MileTracker and Yodlee, these are both subscription services. A MileageManager subscription runs $14.95/year and MaxMiles runs $29.95/year. Both do offer free trial memberships though, so you could check out the reconcile feature before signing up to see if it works for you.

Hope this helps.

For some reason miletracker can't get at my AMEX MR points. The username and password are fine but it just doesn't check them.
