If you've done a refinance lately, you should find your credit score(s) somewhere in the disclosure documents that you received. I believe they are required to give you this info. They were listed on the documents I received on both recent refi's.

Or you can go to eloan.com and get your credit score for free. You don't have to sign up for any credit monitoring service if you only want your score not your report. I don't know which service eloan uses. Credit scores often vary by 20-30 points depending on which scoring agency is used.

That said, I don't believe that factors such as having too many open accounts or the average age of accounts being too new create a significant negative impact as long as you pay in full each month. I had all of these negative factors listed as reasons for my credit score rating and my score was in the high 700's with all 3 agencies every time I checked. I think there are some other factors involved here that we're not hearing about.

So where are you guys seeing your credit score anyway?

I've got copies of all my credit reports from 3 agencies and don't see the FICO score that everyone is describing. Where should I be looking to see the score and the comments about it?

You should ask for a credit report and the FICO score.
The sole credit report shows only your credit history.

How does that work? Do they all report at a specific time, is it quarterly, etc. How often is the FICO score calculated, and on how recent of data? If you don't know that's fine, but maybe someone out there does.
