You can get links to most (hopefully all) of the iDine airlines programs for airlines on the Other Programs I Like page of my web site below. Those programs's web sites will give you all of the info you need.

As I type this, an advertisement for the Continental Airlines Credit Card from Chase (and how one can earn double OnePass miles up to 6,000 bonus miles) is flashing at the top of this FlyerTalk page.
How timely.

You could transfer 5000 of your CO points to Amtrak and then onto UA with no devaluation and solve your CO and UA problems in one swoop. (Actually, you could presumably go CO --> Amtrak --> CO with no loss and solve your CO problem.)

I believe that I called the CO service center at 800-621-7467 to transfer CO to AMTRAK, then AMTRAK to United for my daughter then to Diner's Club to BA. For my husband, transferred to Hilton Honors. I guess I should write better notes when I do these transfers.

What to do with your miles?
Depends, If you want to use your least amount of miles for magazine subscriptions. I routinely subscribe with my son's miles.
You can sell them on ebay.
You can transfer the miles that have partners. ( I think) Such as Delta, Northwest and Continental for a fee.

Here is an example from Deltas Internet web site:
* The sale, purchase or barter of mileage credit, vouchers, Award Certificates and Award Tickets violates Deltas program rules, is illegal and subjects the violator to liability for damages and litigation and transaction costs. Violators are subject to having their accounts terminated or deductions of mileage made from their accounts.

I do not understand the rush to use up miles. Once upon a time I got magazines but that was in the days that miles expire. If you keep them alive, you never know how they will build for a ticket. So instead of using your son's miles for mags, keep them alive and one day when he's grown that might be his airline of choice and then he will have a good base for a ticket.Things really changed when the airlines offerred a way for miles to remain active.

Regarding IDINE, sometimes they offer bonus specials in conjunction with a specific airline-for example recently had one with United I believe for using 7 restaurants you got a bonus of 1,000 United ff.
Any such specials currently with any airline?
