Delta versus Continental - how do the award levels compare?

My apologies if this question has already been answered elsewhere - I can’t find it...

I need to travel (seven people) from Houston to New York (and back). I have plenty of Delta and Continental miles. The flights I want are on Continental. If I book them on the Continental website, it’s 175K OnePass Miles, and on the Delta website, it’s 175K SkyMiles miles.

My question is, is there any advantage, one way or the other, to using 175K OnePass miles instead of 175K SkyMiles (or vice versa), OR, are they the same? In other words, is there any advantage (from a mile conversion standpoint) to booking the Continental flight on the Delta website using SkyMiles?

Thanks.
