I am just one person. However, I have had far better luck with DL than CO.
DL doesn't require a Sat. night stay so there are more trips that I can use the award for.
I have tried for several years to redeem my last 25,000 miles on CO.

You can no longer transfer miles on Amtrak unless you have an Amtrak credit card and have spent at least $200 on train travel. So unless you ride the train, this is not an option any longer for moving and transferring miles.

my experience has been best with CO...both checking availability and getting FF seats. I may be wrong, but check Mexicana via AmEx MRP for AA and AS awards.

My experience
I personally would wait until Amex has a promotion offering bonus miles on transfers and take the most liberal option.
